"House of Franco" is located in Via Legnano, 15 in the middle of a residential area just 200 meters from the sea, ideal for a holiday in Alba Adriatica of relaxation and fun.
Here you can find all the comforts for a pleasant stay in our beautiful region in both summer and winter. Ideal for business trips and business trips. Franco House is open all year round.
The apartment (55 sqm + 15 sqm balcony) is located on the second floor of a new building equipped with elevator and consists of:

- Living room with open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, LCD TV and electric oven;
- Bedroom with double bed and cot / crib;
- Small room with bunk bed and wardrobe;
- Bathroom with shower;
- Balcony area equipped with washing machine.

Rates vary from a minimum of € 250 to a maximum of € 600 per week depending on the period chosen and the number of persons staying.

During the months of March, April, May, June, September and October for less than a week.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of four people.

The prices include:

- Water, electricity, gas and heating in the winter;
- Use of all available accessories;
- Supply of bed linen and towels;
- Initial and final cleaning;
- Assigned Parking inside the building;
- Elevator.

SUPPLEMENTS:

- Air Conditioning NOT required: € 50 a week.

In addition, the months of March, April, May, September and October:

- Treatment B & B and weekends (minimum two nights).
- Possibility of hiking in the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga and medieval villages;
- Transfer from and to the airport of Pescara and Ancona on request.
- Free transfer to and from the station of Alba Adriatica, Giulianova and San Benedetto del Tronto.
- Information on transportation by bus.
